1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the VIJISHA website or placing an order with VIJISHA, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products & Specifications

All fabric specifications (GSM, width, composition) are indicative and may vary within industry-standard tolerances (±3% GSM, ±1% width). Custom specifications are subject to separate confirmation.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment or as per agreed credit terms. We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and UPI. Custom orders require minimum 50% advance payment.

4. Pricing

All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new orders. Confirmed orders are billed at the agreed price.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines: Ready stock — 2–3 business days. Custom orders — 7–15 business days. Timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or production factors. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Quality & Returns

All fabric is quality-checked before dispatch. Claims for quality issues must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, not for change of mind or incorrect specification provided by the buyer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from fabric defects or delivery delays.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
