Raw Material Inspection
Grey fabric inspection for GSM, width, defects, and fiber quality before processing begins.
Process Control
pH monitoring, temperature control, and chemical bath consistency during scouring and bleaching.
In-Process Testing
Mid-process checks on whiteness, pH, and dimensional stability during processing.
Final Lab Testing
Comprehensive lab testing: GSM, width, tensile strength, shrinkage, color fastness, and whiteness index.
Visual Inspection
Full roll visual inspection under standardized light box for pilling, holes, uneven finish, and selvage defects.
Batch Documentation
Quality certificate issued for each batch with test results, batch number, and traceability records.
