5-Step RFD Manufacturing
Every meter of VIJISHA RFD fabric passes through our proven manufacturing process, ensuring consistent quality from batch to batch.
Raw Material Selection
Premium grey fabric sourced from certified mills. Every batch inspected for GSM, width, and fiber quality before processing begins.
Scouring & Pre-Treatment
Advanced scouring process removes natural impurities, waxes, and sizing agents. pH-controlled baths ensure optimal fabric cleanliness.
Bleaching & Whitening
Multi-stage bleaching achieves uniform pure white. Our process ensures zero yellowness index with maximum fabric strength retention.
Finishing & Quality Treatment
Softening, anti-shrink, or special treatments applied per order specification. Surface finishing ensures optimal hand feel and printability.
Quality Testing & Dispatch
Rigorous QC: GSM, width, tensile strength, color fastness, shrinkage. Only approved fabric is packed and dispatched with quality certificate.
